3.4 Information Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring correct tyre sizes and postal codes. Any incorrect information may result in additional charges.

If a wheel locking nut key is required and not provided, our fitters may need to break it, incurring an additional charge.

3.5 Product Selection

Customers must specify whether they require budget, mid-range, or premium tyres. If no preference is provided, the default selection will be mid-range or budget tyres.

3.6 Service Timeframe

Services are typically provided within 90 minutes to 2 hours after payment. In remote areas or for specific brand requests, service time may increase.

3.7 Cancellation Policy

Claim Process

Customers must present original proof of service. Our fitters will assess the tyres and process the claim accordingly. If a defect is confirmed, customers will be reimbursed for tyre and shipping costs.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for damages beyond our control. Compensation applies only to predictable and direct damages unless gross negligence or fraud is involved.

8. Force Majeure

If unforeseen circumstances prevent service delivery, the contract may be terminated or delayed without liability for either party.
